We're look for a Social Media Virtual Assistant (SMVA) to manage social media channels for business clients. Responsibilities include:
- researching and curating content
creating and scheduling daily posts
identifying and engaging on a daily basis with social media users and other industry-related influencers online
collaborating on strategies
executing and monitoring ad campaigns and other promotional campaigns
The SMVA will report directly to a Social Media Manager.
Superior communication, writing, time management, and customer service skills are required. Attention to detail is important. Applicants must have first-hand experience with using social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.; and they must have at least one year previous experience of social media marketing for business. Previous customer service experience in retail, food and beverage, and/or hospitality industry is a plus. Must be fluent in English. Spanish language fluency not required, but preferred.
Work from anywhere. Applicant must have reliable access to a computer and internet access. No travel required.
